Pen Point Project Co. is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Georgia. These Terms govern your use of penpointproject.org (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation. Site content, including text, branding, and design, is owned by Pen Point Project Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

If you provide your mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form at https://penpointproject.org/contact, Pen Point Project Co. will send you meeting reminders, scheduling confirmations, and responses to your inquiries from (833) 377-6367. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of any service. You must be 18 or older to opt in.
